The Norwell Kinights opened up their 2023 season at home as the hosted the Mississinewa Indians. On their opening possession, Drew Graft found the endzone on a 5 yard TD run and Austin DeLeon added the PAT to put the Knights up 7-0. After a Missinewa TD, Norwell answered on a 27 yard TD reception by Trace Moser. After trailing 14-7 at the half, Ole Miss scored 16 unanswered points before Graft hit Bodenheimer for a 63 yard touchdown play. DeLeon's PAT made it 23-21 Mississinewa and that is how the game ended.
