The Lady Knights continued their 4A Tournament run on Saturday when they faced the Snider Panthers at the Bellmont Regional. The two teams faced each other earlier in the season with Snider winning by double digits. Saturday afternoon the Lady Knights came out hot from the field and led by 7 after the 1st 8 minutes. Over the next two periods, Norwell outscored Snider by 14 points in the 2nd and 12 more in the 3rd to build a commanding lead heading into the 4th quarter. As the clock went to zero, the Lady Knights won 90-56 to claim their 1st ever 4A GBB Regional Title. They will wait until Sunday to find out who they play and where next Saturday in Semi-State action.
