Thursday brought NE8 baseball action with the Varsity Knights at home and the JV on the road against Huntington North. In the JV game on the road the Knights scored 2 in the 3rd before HN answered with 5 of their own. NHS got two back in the 5th but couldn't get past the Vikings and fell 5-4. In the Varsity game, HN scored single runs in the 1st, 3rd & 4th and held on for a 3-0 victory to drop the Knights to 4-2 in NE8 play.
