The Track Regional was held at Carroll High School on Tuesday and Norwell was well represented. Jada Dale was the top finisher with a PR and new school record time of 47.76 in the 400. She also ran the 200 but didn't make the finals. Haley Williamson finished 7th in the High Jump clearing 5' 1". Ashley Tucker was 9th in the 800 with a time of 2:27.8. The 4 x 800 Relay team of Ashley Tucker, Brooklyn Meyer, Macy Oatess & Larkin Smith ran a 10:36 and the 4 x 400 relay team consisting of Jada Dale, Haley Williamson, Addi Fausz & Ashley Tucker finished in 4:17.2.
