The Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) has adopted new by-laws that allow student-athletes to participate in Personal Branding Activities (PBAs), which may include receiving compensation for the use of their name, image, or likeness, provided all eligibility requirements are met.  Attached to this announcement are the following resources: A presentation provided by the IHSAA outlining the new PBA guidelines.  A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document. An informational infographic. Students are encouraged to review these materials carefully before participating in any activity for which they may receive compensation. PBA's must comply with IHSAA by-laws and cannot be connected to a school's athletic program, recruiting efforts, or performance-based compensation.  If you have any questions about Personal Branding Activities or whether a proposed activity complies with IHSAA rules, please stop by the athletic office and speak with Mr. Weybright before entering into any agreement or participating in the activity.  Thank you, Kelby Weybright Athletic Director
