The Bys Tennis team welcomed Columbia City to the courts Thursday afternoon for a NE8 match-up. Ethan Ottinger (#1 singles) and Grant Mishler (#2 singles) both won in straight sets. Bodie Zimmer (#3 singles), Winston Frauhiger/Brason Chaney (#1 doubles) and Jaden Payne/Jake Hoover (#2 doubles) all needed three sets to pick up victories. The JV guys came up short 4-3. Eddie Archbold, Gavin Reynolds and Ignacio Albrecht were winners for the JV. Tennis team will return to the NHS courts next Tuesday to take on DeKalb at 5:00.
