Boys Soccer hosted East Noble Monday night in the rain. The varsity prevailed 2-1 and the JV ended up on top 1-0 in one half of action. Defensively Noah Fromm (N) - 6 saves and Zeb Hand (EN) - 5 saves 1st Half Scoring: Kyler Morris (N) - 2:22 (assisted by Austin DeLeon) 2nd Half Scoring: Logan Straessle (EN) - 34:36 Kyler Morris (N) - 12:00 Kyler Morris scored in each half to push Norwell past East Noble and even out the NE8 record at 2-2. Morris' 1st half goal was assisted by Austin DeLeon. Noah Fromm made 6 saves in the win. The JV also defeated East Noble 1-0. Zane Borne scored for Norwell. Jacob Morgan made 4 saves to earn the shutout win. Norwell (3-6-1, 2-2 in NE8) will host Concordia on Wednesday, September 14th for a JV/V match beginning at 5:30pm.
