The IHSAA State Finals Track Meet took place this weekend at IU and the Knights had a handful of athletes participating. On Friday night Sophomore Jada Dale competed in the 400m and finished in 20th place with a time of 59.23. Saturday evening amidst a constant drizzle, Seniors Trevon Stoppenhagen and Devin Dale competed in the 100m & 200m dashes and neither was able to qualify for the finals. Times for both: Trevon 100m (11.46) & 200 m (23.01) and Devin 100m (11.64) & 200m (23.26). The 4 x 100 Relay team of Trevon, Devin, Jase Harmon & Ryan Smith were the Knights last chance to score at the State Meet in a loaded 4 x 100 field and they finished 19th with a time of 43.66. Both Track teams had great seasons!
