The Girls Golf team competed in the NE8 Championship on Saturday at Cross Creek in Decatur. They came in as the third seeded team and were able to finish 2nd at the meet. Ellie Gatton led Norwell with an 80 and a 1st Team All-Conference recognition. Savanna Simerman was a 2nd team All-NE8 performer after carding an 87 and Jordyn Shroyer was Honorable Mention after shooting a 92. Jessica Bynum had a 103 and Emma Burnau finished with a 104.
