The Lady Knights hosted the Warsaw Tigers on Saturday night to kick-off their 2022-2023 season. After holding a one point lead after the 1st quarter, the Knights outscored Warsaw by seven in the second quarter to take an eight point lead into the locker room. After an even third quarter, Norwell outscored Warsaw 17-11 in the fourth for a 61-47 victory at The Castle. The Lady Knights were paced by Kennedy Fuelling who scored 25 points and Makenzie Fuess who had 21. Dekota Hubble and Fuess each had 6 rebounds and Fuelling and Norris led the team in steals with 6 and 3 respectively. Norwell will be on the road at Mississinewa on Tuesday (11/8) with the JV game slated to start at 6:00.
