The Lady Knights traveled to Angola to take on the Hornets on Saturday night. After jumping out to a 16-9 lead after the first quarter, the Knights put it all together in the second quarter and outscored Angola 23-7 in the quarter to go into halftime up 39-16. After a solid third quarter, the Lady Knights outlasted their Hornets for a 60-31 road victory. Kennedy Fuelling and Makenzie Fuess led the team with 16 points each. Haley Green picked up twelve rebounds and four steals to lead the squad on the defensive end. Lady Knights will be at Homestead on Tuesday with a 6:00 JV start.
