Monday afternoon, the Boys Soccer team hosted Huntington North in the final NE8 match for the Knights in the 2024 season. In the JV match, the Knights came up short 2-1 with Simon Isch accounting for the lone Norwell goal. In the Varsity match, Hudson Gerbers gave the Knights the lead with a goal in the first half. In the 2nd half, H. North tied it up before Hudson scored with about a minute left to play. Unfortunately, the Vikings scored in the closing moments forcing extra time. Neither team was able to score in the extra periods and H. North won the match in PK's. The Boys will host Blackford on Thursday at 5:30 in a varsity only match as they close out their regular season.
