The Girls Soccer team hosted Woodlan on Wednesday in their final regular season match prior to next weeks IHSAA Sectional action. Results: JV: Norwell 1 – Woodlan 0 (1/2 Game) Varsity: Norwell 7 – Woodlan 0 Individual Highlights: JV: Kayleigh Hartup scored Norwell’s goal. Kaylee Bennett had the assist. Emma Garner was in the goal for Norwell Varsity: Grace Mann scored 6 goals taking her season total to 40. Olivia Daniel also scored a goal for Norwell. Norwell’s Ridley Sheets, Karrigan Melcher, Aubrey Meyer, Issie Isch and Shae Brooks each had an assist. Abby Wagner and Maggie Neuenschwander were in the goal for Norwell. Next Event: Norwell Lady Knights Varsity will begin their sectional play on Thursday, October 10th at 5pm. They will play the winner of Woodlan and Canterbury at Norwell.
