For the second year in a row, the Lady Knights advanced to the 3A State Championship game where they faced the Greensburg Pirates on Saturday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The Lady Knights settled in early and led 13-11 at the end of 8 minutes. Greensburg made a run in the 2nd quarter and the teams went to the locker rooms tied at 24. Norwell used a 15-9 quarter to lead going into the 4th and extended the lead to 11 before winning 53-44 to claim the first State Title in Girls Basketball.
