The varsity baseball team looked to get on the left side of the NE8 column when they traveled to Bellmont Thursday. After scoring three in the top of the 1st, the Knights gave up 3 runs to Bellmont in the bottom half. Teams each scored a run in the 2nd. The Knights would then add runs in the 5th & 6th to win 7-4. Dylan Chism pitched 4 innings for the win and Noah Schamerloh picked up a save. Trey Privett went 2-3 with an RBI & run, Drew Graft was 2-4 and had a double and 3 RBI's. Cayden Cassel & Noah Schamerloh each had a hit with Cayden driving in 2 and Noah scoring twice.
