In a bit of a schedule oddity, the JV Baseball team played at Homestead Monday after hosting them last Thursday. The Knights took a brief lead in the third when they scored 2 to put them up 2-1 in the 3rd, however they were unable to hold the lead giving up two runs in each of the 3rd and 5th innings to fall 5-2. They will open NE8 play at Leo on Tuesday at 5:30.
