The Girls Soccer teams wrapped up a busy week by picking up a conference win at Columbia City on Saturday. Results: Norwell Varsity 2 – Columbia City 1 Norwell JV 0 – Columbia City JV 0 Individual Highlights: Varsity: Abby Wagner had a good game in the goal for Norwell. Ryleigh Huffman scored first for Norwell off an assist by Olivia Daniel. Grace Mann completed the scoring with a strong kick off a restart. JV: JV played one 35 minute half that ended in a tie 0-0. Maggie Nuenschwander and Emma Garner were in the goal for Norwell. Next Event: Norwell Lady Knights Varsity and JV will host NE8 opponent Bellmont on Tuesday Sept 2nd. JV game begins at 5pm with Varsity to follow.
